About Larry

A realtor in Saint Paul since 1988, Larry specializes in the sale of residential real estate and has earned the designation of “Certified Residential Specialist”, has completed the requirements of the “Graduate Realtors Institute”, and has closed over 1300 transactions in his career. With all of this under his belt, Larry definitely knows real estate and knows the Saint Paul Real Estate Market

Larry’s philosohpy is all about hard work and making sure that his clients get what they need in a real estate transactions. Larry’s dedication to hard work began on his family dairy farm in the Oakdale area of Saint Paul, which was operated from 1925 to 2000. A dairy farm is a lot of work, and no excuses; everybody pitches in and does what needs to be done. Larry went on to graduate with a double major in finance and economics from the University of Wisconsin in 1985, and then started his own construction company where he put his finance education to use in managing his business, and learned the ins and outs of residential construction. In 1988, Larry chose to dedicate himself to residential real estate and offer his clients the value of a hard working Realtor with business savvy, knowledge of construction, and knowledge of the Saint Paul real estate Market.

Larry is currently committed to working with his clients, many of whom are repeat customers, spending time with his family, wife Vickey and son Noah, and running marathons.

Larry also devotes time to his community and church. Some of his affiliations include: Oakdale Business and Professional Association, (President 1997-1999) -Oakdale Summerfest Celebration, Volunteer -Oak Meadows Senior Housing, Board of Directors 1998 to 2008 -Guardian Angels Church, lector and volunteer.
